Trailers need almost the same things as a tent trailer. A sleeping bag is not essential and you can use blankets from home instead. Trailers usually have built in heaters but it’s not a bad idea to get a portable heater just to be safe. With a trailer you will need a large vehicle like a truck to pull it, this method is similar to the tent trailer so you should have a leveler and some wood with you so your trailer won’t roll away.
